One of the most special aspects of our dental practice is our caring and friendly team! We have minimal turnover with our staff and several of them have been with us for over 20 years. One of the most common comments we get about our dental practice is that we are like a family and our office is cheerful and upbeat! Our goal is to make your dental visit a comfortable experience, and we do an excellent job of keeping our schedule running on time.

Current OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines are met and monitored daily.  We continue to keep pace with the latest in dental technology and have modern equipment to provide you with the best dental care possible. Our office is equipped with 3 dental lasers, digital x-rays which reduce the radiation exposure to our patients by 90%, intra-oral cameras, and all the latest dental materials and methods are used.

Our office is completely computerized.  This makes scheduling appointments easier and tracking your dental history more thorough.  Our insurance software is updated monthly to aid in filing your insurance claims.  We have moved to emailing and texting your confirmation of upcoming dental appointments if you prefer over a telephone call.  We make every effort to accommodate each one of our patient’s needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What payment options do you offer?

We accept most major credit cards. Should you have need for a long-term payment plan, we work with several health care financing organizations that can extend payments up to one year with no interest or up to three years with interest charged. We also extend Senior discounts and a 10% payment at the time of service. We will do everything possible for you to allow us to provide you with excellent oral health.

2. What is the process of your insurance billing?

We bill your insurance for you and accept assignment of payment. We do, however, ask that you make your estimated co-payment at the time of service. We do not provide treatment on the basis of what we think your insurance will pay for, rather on what we know is in your best interest in the long run. Sometimes the least expensive alternative is not the best long term value!

3. Do you accept my insurance?

We are not signed up with any specific dental insurance plans. We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. We are not a PPO provider under any of the insurance plans. However if you have a PPO you are able to come to our office but your benefit will change. Every plan is different but in general it will be an additional cost to you to have services provided at our office. Most of our patients that have a PPO plan are comfortable to pay the small extra out of pocket expense.

4. Do you have a kid-friendly office?

We are not a Pediatric office, however we enjoy seeing children. Most of our younger patients are 5 and older. We very much enjoy having families in our dental practice. The doctors and staff are welcoming to the younger patients to ensure that their experience is positive. However if the doctors deem that a special pediatric office would be better for the patient we have referrals. That decision is made if necessary and in the best interest of the child.
